At BevCap Management, safety is not something we address only after a claim. It is built into how we partner with our P&C Program participants every day. We focus on education, awareness, and prevention because effective risk management reduces losses long before a claim is filed.
Most workplace incidents are not reckless acts. They develop from routine and operational pressure. In distribution environments, risk can surface during deliveries, within warehouse operations, while operating equipment, or throughout onboarding and training. When tasks become routine, exposures can quietly increase.
What We Aim For
Practical education that helps teams identify operational risk and make safer decisions consistently across the organization.

Simple reminders like “Get Out And Look” help turn awareness into action.
Drive 25, Bringing Safety Conversations On Site
To reinforce this approach, BevCap launched Drive 25 in 2025 to reduce losses across member operations.
Drive 25 is not limited to driving behaviors. It strengthens oversight, accountability, and decision-making across deliveries, warehouse operations, and onboarding.
The initiative focuses on:
- Proactive identification of operational exposures
- Structured onboarding and skills-based training
- Driver and warehouse observations
- Engaged safety committees
- Leadership accountability
Through warehouse walk-throughs, ride-alongs, onboarding reviews, committee engagement, and tools like G.O.A.L. (“Get Out And Look”), members reinforce safety where it matters most, in daily operations.
Jill Klocek, Director of Safety & Risk, spent time on site with members who are bringing Drive 25 to life, demonstrating how leadership presence strengthens culture.

Everyday items can reinforce a safety culture, especially when the message is consistent and visible.
Why This Matters for P&C Programs
For BevCap’s P&C Programs, proactive safety supports measurable performance.
When organizations strengthen safety systems and leadership accountability, the impact extends beyond fewer incidents. It contributes to improved loss trends, greater claim stability, and long-term program sustainability.
Risk becomes something organizations actively manage rather than react to.
Safety Is Built One Decision at a Time
Safer workplaces are built through consistent leadership, accountability, and daily reinforcement of safe behaviors.
That is how organizations shift from reacting to incidents to preventing them and how strong P&C programs continue to perform over time.
