Lance Abbott
Lance Abbott is the CEO and Co-Founder of BevCap Management, LLC, a captive program manager established in 2008 and headquartered in McKinney, Texas. BevCap Management was originally formed to manage BevCap Captive Group and now manages multiple P&C and Medical Benefits captive programs. Lance has experience managing captives in Hawaii, North Carolina, Arizona, Vermont, Utah, Nevada and Grand Cayman.
A proud Texas Longhorn alum, Lance was elected to the Executive Committee for Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) and served a two-year term as Chairman from 2020-2022. He currently sits on the board of directors for BevCap Captive Group, Beyond Risk Holdings, HatterasRe, and The Lamar Improvement District.

Lynn Coor
Lynn Coor is the COO of BevCap Management, LLC and has been with the agency since it was established in 2008. Lynn is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the company, the supervision of the property and casualty service team, and accounting operations. Lynn has over 34 years’ experience in commercial lines marketing and servicing on both the retail agency and wholesale brokerage side. Her background includes providing insurance solutions for various industries such as distributors, manufacturing, and commercial contractors.
Lynn graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and marketing. Lynn and her husband, Kevin, live in Gunter, Texas, and are proud parents of their son, Cale. Lynn enjoys going to concerts and RV’ing with her husband.

Matthew Bossier
Matthew is a seasoned insurance industry professional with deep expertise across claims, underwriting, brokerage, risk consulting, and captive insurance. He began his career at Travelers Insurance, where he held various claims roles before advancing to the Alternative Risk Transfer unit within National Accounts, serving large corporate clients.
In 2014, Matthew joined BevCap Management, where he now leads the Property & Casualty Captive Programs team. He is responsible for driving sustainable, profitable growth and delivering value across BevCap’s P&C captive offerings. In addition, Matthew oversees Hatteras Re, a heterogeneous group captive that provides medical stop-loss insurance and cost-containment solutions to self-funded employers through multiple protected cells.
